Has anyone seen anything like this before? A friend at work was confronted with this agreement when attempting to download a legacy version of Apple's operating system.

It's a new one on me...

Freaky, but who really reads the terms of service anyway? I could be agreeing to have sex with zebras during a rainstorm at the time of the full moon and I'd never have a clue...

And, what terrorist would read that and click "Do Not Agree"? I sort of don't get the point...

Right. And then after the terrorist uses iTunes to blow something up, they'll not only have him on blowing shit up charges, they'll nail the fucker with breach of contract too. That'll show 'em.
